Info for Beginners



There is space for everyone at MRT and beginners are welcome! Our sessions have a range of abilities and experience levels. Our swim program has 4/5 x 50m lanes, divided by speed and fitness levels. Both of our bike and run sessions are open to all levels!

Please contact us if you are feeling unsure. We will be happy to answer your questions!

    I am unavailable for training on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Do have a schedule for a beginner that work for the rest of the week?

      Well, this is a little embarrassing. I see you left a comment on the website asking about training options. Well, obviously we’re not the most tech savvy bunch over here because I’m seeing it for the first time today! I’ll trust you’ve found a solution to your training needs but email me directly at if you ever need any information and I promise I won’t take almost 2 years to answer!!
